“No Problem.”

It’s really a funny phrase.

When somebody ever says “No Problem” to me, I always think, “Hmm. Problem.”Angel Face Wicked Grin

Lets face it if in the first place if a person has to say to you “No problem” there is, in the shadow of the depths of their mind…a problem. Otherwise they would say, “You’re welcome, or something clearly less emotionally loaded.

Also, just saying, “No problem” is rather, well presumptuous. It presumes that:

1. The speaker is desperately trying to get you to recognize that for some people there “could be a problem.”

2. Or worse yet, the speaker wants you to know in the most subtle way known to humanity that you have created to them significant discomfort enough to mention it to you once the task at hand or issue has been resolved. Truth is…and here is the funny part, just saying “No Problem” does not create issue resolution. It creates recognition of an event that if it happens a second time is unwelcome.

On the other hand, you might not agree with me on any of this. I’m good with that. No problem!
